1.All papers to be considered by ACCESE 2021 can submit your paper （WORD + PDF）to  SUBMISSION SYSTEM.

 ACCESE2021投稿文章（WORD + PDF）发送到--艾思投稿系统。

2.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

 论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过。

3. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

   如果您的文章要投稿出版，请提交完整的论文。

4. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

    如果您只是要做口头报告，还请提交报告摘要。
